Aberran Ampulla Vateri
-Majör papilla vateri genellikle duedonum 2. kısım posteromedial duvarında Iokalizedir.
-Bilier duktus kanallarında çok çeşitli varyasyonlar görülebilmektedir. Bilier duktus ağzı duodenum boyunca başlıca 3. ve 4. Kısımda (1- 2) daha az sıklıkla duodenal bulbusda (3-4) yer almaktadir. Çok daha az sıklıkla ise de midede görülebilir (5-6).
-Literatürlerde sadece birkaç olguda gastrik lokalizasyonlu ektopik papilla tariflenmiştir (7).
-Ektopik lokalizasyonlu papillayı göstermede ERCP sıklıkla kullanılır. ERCP ile şüphelenilen olgularda biliyer anatomi ve ektopik açılımlan göstermede MRKP yararlı bir görüntüleme yöntemidir.
